Do You Accept Returns?
At Beautiful Soul Corp. we strive for complete customer satisfaction. We make sure that every order shipped goes through a vigorous quality control protocol before being shipped. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges any used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, if Your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact Beautiful Soul Corp. at orders@beautifulsoul.store If Your ordered product(s) arrive damaged, photographic evidence will need to be attached to Your email. Once Beautiful Soul Corp. receives the photographs of the damaged product(s), Beautiful Soul Corp. will issue You a replacement product(s). If your product(s) are no longer available you will pick a similar priced product(s).
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Once your order is placed it is extremely difficult to make any changes. If you happen to make a mistake during checkout, we wil try our best to rectify it, but this is a time sensitive issue. Please send us an email as soon as possible to orders@beautifulsoul.store to see if we can make the appropriate changes.
If Your ordered product(s) is/are not what You ordered please send photographs to orders@beautifulsoul.store. Once it is confirmed that the mistake was on the part of Beautiful Soul Corp. We will then send you the correct product at no cost to you. All we ask is for you to return the product(s), we will send you a return label via email.
