Ordering

Once you place an order, it will be confirmed within one business day via email. Our typical shipping time is 48 hours for in-stock merchandise. In the rare event we are out of stock of an item you have selected, please allow 5-7 business days for us to pour and dry your candle before we ship them out. You will be notified via email along with a tracking number once the items have been shipped. Orders place on the weekend or any statutory holiday (USA/Canda) will be processed on the next available business day. When the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive another email containing tracking information and delivery date. If you have ordered multiple items and one of them is out of stock, please note that your entire order will ship once the item is in stock which could be 2-3 weeks. We strive to fit all your purchased contents into one box.

If you’ve received a discount code through a special promotion, you can enter it at checkout to apply the discount.

Discount codes cannot be applied to sale items or candle bundles that already have a reduced price. Discount codes are only for full priced items.

We will collect and remit sales tax for states as required by law. We do not impose sales tax on orders shipped to states that we do not have a nexus.

At BEAUTIFUL SOUL, we ship all products via FEDEX/UPS/USPS/CANADA POST/PUROLATOR to the continental United States and Canada. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands are considered international orders. All P.O. Box and military APO/FPO addresses ship via US Mail unless otherwise specified. Packages shipped via USPS can take upwards to 4 weeks to reach their destination. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and you can use it to track your order. 

We currently offer international shipping to only the following countries, in-addition to the United States and Canada, we also ship to:  Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. If your country is not listed above, we may in the future offer shipping to your country. Please join our email list to be notified thank you.

All international shipping orders will be priced accordingly at checkout based on your priority selection. Products ordered from this Webstore for delivery outside the United States or Canada may take up to eight (8) weeks from the ship date to arrive at the designated destination. Products ordered from this Webstore for delivery outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Further, You shall be responsible for any local pickup or specified delivery with Your local postal service. Beautiful Soul Corp. has no control over these charges and local requirements and cannot predict their amount. Please contact Your local customs office and post office for further information before placing Your order. You must make sure that You comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. Beautiful Soul Corp. will not be liable for any breach by You of any such laws.

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival and let us know within 7 days if any significant damage occurred in transit. Please provide images of the damages and email us at orders@beautifulsoul.store with your order number.

Product

Hand-poured with love we use the finest premium natural blend of coconut and apricot crème waxes, our candles are vegan, clean-burning, and eco-friendly. Our candles have an excellent cold and hot fragrance throw and burn evenly. All of our candles have a cotton fiber core wick and our candles are non-toxic, Paraffin-free, Paraben-free and Phthalate-free.

When lighting your “Beautiful Soul Candle” for the first time, please burn the wax until it melts across the entire surface creating a melt pool. This will help prevent tunneling and create an even burn for the duration of the candle’s life. This may take up to 4 hours to accomplish. DO NOT burn any candle more than 4 hours.

Fragrance oils and waxes are sensitive to heat or direct sunlight. Avoid keeping candles anywhere that gets hotter than room temperature and never leave candles near sources of direct heat, such as radiators, space heaters, or kitchen appliances.Store your candles in a place with a cool, even temperature (below 74 °F/ 24 °C). Otherwise, any excess heat may cause the candle wax to soften and cause the fragrance to not last as long. Always store your candles in a cool, dark and dry place.  Avoid placing your candles where they will be directly exposed to sunlight or harsh indoor lighting.Use a candle lid as this will prevent dust and debris from accumulating on the candle surface.

Returns

At Beautiful Soul Corp. we strive for complete customer satisfaction. We make sure that every order shipped goes through a vigorous quality control protocol before being shipped. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges any used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, if Your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact Beautiful Soul Corp. at orders@beautifulsoul.store If Your ordered product(s) arrive damaged, photographic evidence will need to be attached to Your email. Once Beautiful Soul Corp. receives the photographs of the damaged product(s), Beautiful Soul Corp. will issue You a replacement product(s). If your product(s) are no longer available you will pick a similar priced product(s).

If Your ordered product(s) is/are not what You ordered please send photographs to orders@beautifulsoul.store. Once it is confirmed that the mistake was on the part of Beautiful Soul Corp. We will then send you the correct product at no cost to you. All we ask is for you to return the product(s); we will send you a return label via email.

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges at this time.

Unless otherwise stated upon placing Your transaction in the product description, or in the checkout. You may cancel Your purchase of the product(s) at any time prior to receiving an order confirmation for any reason by emailing a notice of cancelation to orders@beautifulsoul.store  After this time we will do our best to cancel your order but cannot guarantee, and then becomes the sole responsibility of bearing the cost. If Your item has already shipped, it is too late to cancel your order.
